Hemp Seed Oil vs CBD Oil
Hemp Seed Oil is derived from the seeds of the hemp plants (the name given to varieties of the Cannabis Sativa plant that contain very low levels of THC). As it contains little to no THC or CBD, it is not used for recreational purposes, ie: you can’t actually get high on it. However it does contain fantastic levels of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, Gamma-Linolenic acid and other antioxidants & vitamins, it is used as as a supplement for overall well being & to reduce inflammation.
CBD Oil is made from a variety of components from the rest of the plant (flowers, stems &/or leaves). This can be derived from different varieties of Cannabis sativa including hemp varities, varying the levels of THC contained to alter the desired outcome. Most CBD will also contain low levels of THC & is commonly used for a variety of reasons from anxiety to pain relief, but some may have more added.
